Happy Dolphin Villa Tobago is a privately managed luxury villa, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a seamless guest experience.

To help you plan your stay with ease, we’ve outlined a few helpful details below.

Arrival & Departure

• Check-in from 4:00 PM

• Check-out by 12:00 PM (Noon)

Should you require an early arrival or later departure, we are always happy to assist whenever availability permits.

During Your Stay

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following guidelines be observed:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa

• Pets are not accommodated

• Day visitors are welcome in reasonable numbers; however, overnight stays are reserved for registered guests only

• Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted

• Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM

Housekeeping & Security Deposit

• A housekeeping fee of TTD $400 applies to each reservation

• A refundable security deposit of CAD $590 is required prior to arrival and is processed as a pre-authorization hold only

• Alternatively, a refundable security deposit of TTD $3,000 may be provided via bank transfer

• Depending on your financial institution, minor foreign transaction fees may apply

Reservations & Payment

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

• Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking

Preparing for Arrival

Approximately 30 days prior to your stay, you will receive a secure pre-arrival email allowing you to confirm your details and complete a few simple steps in advance. This helps us ensure everything is prepared for a seamless arrival experience.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, provided arrival is at least 24 hours away

• Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival

• Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, date changes may be requested up to 21 days before arrival, subject to availability and any applicable rate adjustments

For added peace of mind, we recommend securing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen travel disruptions, cancellations, or interruptions to your plans.
